When you first setup i would upgrade with the firmware from the website as they do cutout due to a power saving bug if you dont and this will lead you to think they are faulty if you leave it

As first thought that these units were not compatible with the old 200 and on emailing tp link on a sunday evening they replied on the monday bank holiday and putting the old 200 in the adjacent socket they paired

Very pleased with product simply plugged in and internet working in area of house where a wifi signal was virtually non existent

Remember if you are buying a desktop swith to go with it to buy a gigabit one so you dont loose any speed

So far working really well could even pair them up with the devolo homeplugs

And finally do not plug them into a power strip they either wont work or run really slow plug them directly into a wall socket
