I use my pc in my bedroom but my router is too far away and i dont like wifi so i bought these

They connected as soon as i plugged them in and my pc immediately had a strong 220mbps connection as opposed to my weak 50mbps wifi pdont use them with a surge protector but they work fine with a fusebox

Plugged this powerline adapter into the switch along with the v6 box and non surge protected extension lead

Upstairs i plugged the other powerline adaptor into the wall and hooked it up to the tivo box pressed the button on the side ran downstairs to press the button on the other adaptor to pair them

By the time i had figured out how to access the old tivo box recordings on the v6 box the connection was made and i have had zero issues with it since

Have a combination of 600mbps and now 1000mbps tplink home plugs i started off by using my existing 600mbps set up from router and adding this new 1000mbps also wrong caused the new 1000mbps to loose pairing learn something new every day
