Pros

Tplink tpplc has a very good connection of 1322 mbps. Not an issue with network port on pc, the printer or my isp's wifi hub.

Plug in the router and then press the pair button. It was connected, via a switch, to the powerline adaptor. Powerlines themselves were plugged into an upstairs socket, and a loft socket.

Easy to setup and am happy so far. Installation is easy as per the instructions. The kit comes with 2 ethernet cables so it is very easy to set up.

Cons

The powerline devices are not stable. It's not user error and it's for for lack of trying with resetting and pairing. Do not plug the powerline adapter into a power strip, extension cord, or surge protector. If a device fails to work, it may be a faul...  Read More

Very disappointing. Absolute rubbish.

It gives a speed of around 12mb/s which is good enough for using internet, but not for copying files from nas server which is on the local network. The worst part is that this was an alternative option to wifi which was only getting my ~500mbps. Over ...  Read More

Quality

Found this product worked first time easy to setup, great improvement over others i have used

These do what they promise, they have increased speeds to my home office materially

Plug them in press the small button on both of the plugs to pair them and thats it done!

Works fantastically but is massive and cannot put a 2nd plug in a double plug socket.

Price

I pay for 150mbps fttp fibre through sky.

However, they consume approx 35w each, so my trio cost ~£300/yr to run at current electricity price of ~35p/kwh.

Although these work well, i feel they are very expensive

Competitiveness

The tcp link works amazing with bt homehub and works well through the home electrical network.
