Pros & Cons
Cons
Powered up but no network connectivity. Tp-link themselves suggest cross linking two ports on the switch - the link/act light on both ports should light up, but in this case they don't. Back to mail online home.

Great price and quite possible every bit as good as the best, at least for non-commercial use.
Shipping
It was delivered same day in it's original box.
I contacted netgear and had them collect it under warranty, i sold the replacement.
Packaging/appearance
Arrives nicely packed, with a few leaflets and little else.
In the box there is the switch and a power supply and four little rubber feet.
Competitiveness
I have it sharing vlans with a number of similar netgear gs108ev3 & gs308e switches without a problem.
Energy efficient switch, simply works but uses half the power of rivals.
Most domestic wifi routers can have this issue.
