The speed is good enough to provide streaming video to my tv even with the two units on different electrical circuits in my condo.
With the tp-link powerline adapter/extender, i've been able to get a solid signal in my office.
The power extender assisted in improving the wi fi signal to the out building and with the addition of a router it is running smoothly.

Setup was fast and effective, getting around 350mbps at our cabin that has a subpanel off the panel in our garage.
Competitiveness
This kit has done exactly what i hoped for, and saved me having to run a bunch of cat6 cable.
Nintendo switch wifi connection is great wireless, i used to drop out of fortnite matches fairly often and now i don't.
Next i moved the remote tplink unit to a distant part of the house and plugged it into the wall.
I did another firetv benchmark in the new placement.

My routerwifi is set in the basement and unfortunately theres no way to move it to a more central location
