Each port features a nice led indicator that turns on when a device is connected. Has an on/off button for some reason. Good sized power cord.
Cons
I have a tp-link router, and thought they were a reputable company. Without the powered connection attached, it's nearly useless. Will buy an anker brand one this time.
The micro usb connection on the back is lose and does not hold well in the port. Does not work on my 3-year old asus laptop. It is a non functioning device that is defective.

Price
My cables doesn’t bother me anymore, good speed and great price
It was a cheap product worth about $7.
This simple tp-link usb hub did what multiple +$200 and $300 docks could not.
Shipping
I ordered one day and it arrived the next.
Only had it for a couple weeks, but long story short, this unit delivered 100% overall.
Packaging/appearance
The device is surprising compact (relative to its packaging).
Competitiveness
I did some price comparisons with some of the big box stores and this was the best priced.
Not like other that i bought (usb hub) (ntx tech.
I could have saved a few bucks on an off-brand, but tp-link is a brand i trust.
