Pros & Cons
Pros
The new router works great, but i had trouble getting connected to wifi during setup. Sometimes i experience some lagging while working or scrolling tiktok. It never disconnects and it was very easy to set up.
As a person who works from home and is on the zoom meetings the majority of the day, i highly recommend this router. It's nice that it has screw holes in the bottom for mounting it on the wall. Very pleased with the router and the tech support.
Cons
Arris ax55 pro wifi radio does not impress (about equivalent to my old arris router - which has _no_ beam-forming). No thanks. I am past the amazon return date, this is now a waste of money.
Every day, it drops all the wifi devise and needs to be rebooted. Self reset every day at least 2 times. Can't seem to talk to a real person, the internet isn't my favorite subject.
Highlights
Quality
I particularly appreciate the enhanced security features and reliable connection stability, even during heavy usage.
Get it set up properly and see the results, great speeds.

Price
This has a hefty price tag, but if you are in need of the features that it provides, this is a great router with awesome feature!
I was looking in the range of about $100 and tried to ax3000.
May not have quite the range of my old netgear router but it didn't cost $300 either.
Further, some are $300+ which kind of brings the affordability into play.
Competitiveness
It just makes a big difference compared to my isp's router.
This is much better than the router i was renting at a monthly fee from my cable company.
Price also is affordable comparing with others routers in same range.
2gb, actual transfer speeds are low due to a bit of a weak signal (compared with laptop next to the router and my desktop hard ... Read More
