It helps dramatically with dehydration and takes away legs cramps. It is like having a gatorade iv. Stopped one episode of cramps cold.

Waste of money. Would like to return or get refund. Shorting the consumer - maybe. It's as if someone had stepped on it and still decided to send it anyway.

Of the packets are unusable/inedible. The powder is wet or something and completely cemented together and stuck to the packets. Why a sealed package is missing packets, seems quite fishy.
