These are great to give your kids for mineral needs

Minerals can be salty so i add these to his milk and he gobbles it up my kids hate the taste which is pretty strong and hard to disguise with juice

Both pretty gross my kids unfortunately hated the taste but i know for a fact all of trace minerals research is wonderful
