Pros

When i combine with additional powdered vitamin c it is a great boost to my immune system. Much cheaper here then anywhere else.

These are a must for any hiking trip, excursion, music festival, or basically any outdoor activities. They keep him hydrated and his body performing.

Cons

It now has a powdery artificial smell and taste to it. I am soooooo disappointed. The product inside was riddled with insects.
