Pros
Setting up is time consuming, but after that it is easy peasy. Sonido de auriculares muy bueno. Ideal solution for replacing my old, obsolete tracfone.
Cons
Disappointing after owning this phone less than three months. Should have returned it immediately for a refund. My new phone, new case & screen protectors, are all being returned for refund.
It is made cheaply in south korea. It is disorganized, convoluted, messy and ugly.
Battery barely lasts a day with minimal usage. Your battery doesn't even last as long as the cheapest phone you can buy. Buy the samsung a20 or a50 instead.
You can't even set the phone on your chest while laying down or the sound gets muffled. Another idiotic design of this phone is that the off button is on the exact same side as the volume *. The volume needs to be way louder.

This is a great smartphone for the price.
Not too expensive and makes a great gift.
I bought this, so i could have a pay on you go phone.
Prepaid plan only cost me $25 per month for unlimited texts and phone.
