Pros

Cleanup is easy. A few drops of dish soap some warm water and a piece of paper towel in cleans this in twenty seconds. Hand washing is a breeze.

This is my second piece of tramontina cookware. These pans cook your food thoroughly, evenly, and with considerably less heat.

The enamel coating is attractive, sturdy and durable yet easy to clean.
