Ive had these for moths and while i understand some of the bad reviews i think they are due to a lack of following directions and caring properly for this item

Aluminium is probably not a healthy cooking material and the same can be said for nonstick chemical coatings

The country of manufacture is italy which is silkscreened hopefully permanently on the copper colored ceramic bottom

I only use a plastic spoon on it but already it is beginning to look like it is scratched
