The tramontina skillet is perfect for big one-skillet meals like mexican, and for cooking down like sausage gravy for biscuits. It is completely non-stick and so easy to clean.

One tiny chip on the rim. But that's easy to resolve. It takes a little more patience and, as a set, could make a nice gift. No complaints whatsoever.

Exterior is also good looking and durable. It heats perfectly evenly on glass stove top. Very even heat.

Being able to just rinse out even the stickiest, crustiest foods is fantastic. They cook without oil, and clean easily. Easy to handle & easy to clean.

These are stamped on the bottom that they are made in italy. They are not durable and despite what they say, ceramic is not durable. They say the damage is due to misuse and will not replace the pot.

Dark marks are from heating a tortilla up and no it did not burn. The use & care instructions advises low to medium heat only for porcelain enamel. I imagine the staining is because i was not diligent with using low heat for sautéing.
