I put this on my gas bbg grill to grill steaks and it works great and is holding up perfectly to this extreme heat and grease treatment.

In my opinion, food grade stainless steel is the best material (maybe if i were a younger woman, cast iron would be okay, too).

Treat it like you would cast iron and you will have an almost teflon like finish after a few uses.

The pan i received (end of 2021) was heavy-weight and made in brazil.
