Potter well made in sturdy, and the handles for the most part stay cool.

We love how heat is evenly distributed throughout and how the large pots retain heat and allow the dishes to continue cooking for a while.

The food doesn't stick if you heat it enough and add some oil to make it "non-stick".

I had been looking into stainless steel cookware and truthfully was a bit worried that everything was going to burn and stick.
