Pros
The quality of this roasting pan is exceptional. Added this tramontina roasting pan to my collection of fine stainless steel cookery. This is your best choice if you want to avoid buying a stainless steel roaster made in china.
Stainless steel cleans easily with barkeepers friend. It's not nonstick, so expect to do some scrubbing afterwards.
I like the fact that the handles are thicker but are higher up so it's easier for lifting. Although much lower in price with comparable sized ones from the other big brands. Also like the ease of use with the handles--wide enough to be user friendly.
Roaster fits in the small oven freeing up the larger oven. I let the pan come up to room temp before putting it our oven at 450. The handles are sturdy and bend toward the inside so there was plenty of room to fit in my oven.
Cons
No tri ply. At worst, this is false advertising, and misleading customers to buy a non tri ply, thin roasting pan.

The roaster itself is well made and sturdy.
Perfect size, good depth, not flimsy, looks like it will last
The finish flakes off and then the pan is no good for making that great gravy from the carmelized drippings.
I roasted it at 425 f and never was heard a discouraging wrenching of metal.
Price
Still, a great pan for the money and i am sure it will last for years to come.

Packaging/appearance
Nice packaging, obviously well-built and sturdy piece of cookware.
However, it did come with a small dent in the lip under one of the handles.
Competitiveness
So far i tried apple and mesquite smoke wood chips.
It’s not as heavy as some of the more expensive brands, specifically one that starts with an “a”, but it will definitely do the job.
