Pros
No chipping yet. Cleans like a dream! Sometimes i need to soak it over night but then it comes out lovely with no stains.
The heat evenly distributes around the pot. They hold heat so well that water boils in just a couple minutes. Handles are good and manageable when hot.
They are beautiful, and rugged. They come in a variety of colors making them a great gift if you know the person's preference.
We've done gumbo, beef and barley stew, it fits 4 boxes of macaroni. Perfect size for stews or casseroles. Great for soups stews, roast.
Cons
The enamel and ceramic coating looks like it will chip if you blow on it. The pots are very slippery on the stovetop.
