Pros

Used to bake artisan no-knead bread. Conducts heat very evenly and cleans easily. Clean stubborn bits with bon ami.

Very pleasant to look at. Works great. Very satisfied.

This one weighs less than others of similar size (with the exception of the overpriced french brand) arrived in just 2 days. Packaged well, and appears undamaged. This one was selected as a recommended choice along with ones costing over $200.

Already made stew, chile, posole, and a braised roast. Have been able to braise meats to my expectations.
