So it probably won't hold heat as evenly as its non-lipped counterparts.
Similar tri-ply construction and performance to all clad at a fraction of the price.

I have 3 assorted pots and 1 large pan

Pans do discolor from use some unlike my all clad pans but performance very comparable at 40 instead of 120
