Pros

Great pans for quick meal prep. Best pan for eggs and omelets. Work better than any copper pans, ceramic pans, stainless pans, and cast iron pans used in the past.

Once preheated, the entire cooking surface gets to the desired cooking temp. Heat disperses evenly. Clean with a soft sponge and dish soap. Even heat and pan cleans up with ease.

Cons

Pan says its non stick and came highly reviewed but clearly on its first use you can see its not nonstick. The set i received almost looks splatter painted with flecks of gold. Want me to clean with soft scrub and get back to them.
