Pros

These are excellent. They look and feel premium. Very robustly built little fry pan. Handled it fine.

Cleanup by hand is a breeze, just some liquid dawn and a nylon brush does it. Used several times per week for 4 years. Cleans up easy.

Like many others i was encouraged to order this (in 8 and 10 inch sizes) by wirecutter. The 10' size is perfect.

Cons

It says do not use pam or spray before using as it is coated and doesn't need it. Used once, with plastic utensiles. That's not the durability i'd expect of a commercial grade pan. I only cook steak and eggs and use plastic spatula.

What a frustrating and pathetic product. Don't fall for it. Returning asap. It's very frustrating.

Life-time is just a marketing ploy. Their warranty only extends until time of purchase.

The handle on this is soheavy that the pan is prone to tipping up unless your burner is as wide as the pan. It ended up scratching my cooktop the first time i used the pan on it. Just beware of this possibility when using it on your glass cooktop.
