I have been avoiding high carb foods like popcorn for years now but each time we have a hurricane and lose electricity i allow myself to fall off of the low carb wagon for awhile

I start with store bought chips and then i progress to cooking carbs once the power comes back on but usually after awhile i get a grip and go low carb again
