Water/condensation collects under the surface and keeps you from being able to use the watch's touch features. Any scratches leave white streaks. It holds moisture against the screen, dirt gets under the plastic and scratches the original screen!

This product unfortunately is not returnable. All four cases are trash because i cannot use the touchscreen. That annoys me.

The case covers the * to remove so you have to peel back to push the button to remove the straps. My disappointment is when i wear it to workout the screen gets air bubble and cloudy. This is a great product if you never ever sweat.
