Pros

The tranquileyes have a 3cm orbital depth. I like the soft strap, because it doesn't mess with my hair. Every compress cools so i feel this one is on par, if not better than washcloths, etc. They stand by their guatantee too.

This item works. I have to say it works fairly well for a warm compress. I just pray this company doesn't go out of business.

Cons

The'straps' on the goggles just slip back into their original position when i put the goggles on. Because of this, the strap is next to impossible to keep tight around ones head which of course allows light and drafts to easily seep into your eyes. Th... Read More

It's no good if it doesn't totally stay on our mugs. Within 2 weeks, the foam. It needs frequent cleaning or it will get moldy.

The eyepieces did not sit flush on my face allowing them to dry out very quickly. This probably are good for someone who wants to sleep in a darker room.
