Pros

This one slips in the pocket and plugs into any machine you have that is usb compatible. This hard drives works on my rav power hub!

Small and compact, worked right out of the box. Was delivered quite fast on a sunday before labor day. The versatility of these hdds are endless.

Ntfs file format is the best one to use because it handles larger blocks of data differently. My plan is to back up my desktop data onto this drive. I use it to backup work and personal data from the dell pc at my home office.

I hope this helps. It's worked flawlessly ever since.

Cons

Software is inferior and unreliable. Unless i want to change my bios settings, or maybe activate the warranty, the transcend drive needs to be disconnected until the windows screen appears.

1 day delivery did not cost extra money, so i was quite pleased.

Packaging/appearance

Easily tucks away behind the laptop, and extremely easy to pack should i need to take it with me.

Came with a bit of software that i didn't want, just removed that.

I took it out of the box, plugged it in to the usb port and downloaded the backup software.

There is also a blue light in the corner above the brand name that lets you know when it the disc is spinning.
