Added twice the storage on an older digital camera we use for snapshots.
I got this and an sd card adapter for the pcie slot, and it works flawlessly.
I have tried others but these never fail and seem to work in anything.
I even formatted the larger capacity cards to two and four gigabytes partitions, again with no success.
Price
Good luck finding that one picture on that 32 gb you paid a fortune for with 5000 pictures over 5 years.
It is overpriced for the capacity since you can get 32 gb cards for almost the same price.
Worked for my lower sd card requirements but more pricey for the low gb space
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was difficult to open, which is to be expected with a memory card.
It doesn't come with an adapter but i have three or four laying around so it didn't matter.
Competitiveness
I have a older canon and a garmin gps so do not want to take chances.
I tried some of the other microsd cards that claim to work with the roku 3 with no success.
I needed a lower capacity micro sd card to use in my 3d printer which will not read larger capacity, name brand cards.

I wanted to have a backup system that was compatible with modern systems didn’t require an internet connection since i’m using xp and wouldn’t stick out of the case

I did reformat it to fat32 it ships as fat which is almost hilariously outdated now and it has already rescued my files from one crash

Easy to installi inserted the transcend 2 gb microsd flash memory card into my roku 3 and the roku 3 immediately prompted me to format the card i clicked 34yes34 and it formatted with no issues
