Pros
The transcend is 10x faster than the hybrid express setup. It's still faster than even a 7200 rpm traditional hard drive. Boot up times and general use is much faster. The only negative is that this drive runs very hot.
This drive was became a boot drive replacement for an old hdd. It has a dram cache and works very well. It's the boot drive for a windows 10 laptop.
Cons
It randomly disappears from the system and would not recognize until restarted. Return for refund and forget this brand. Doesn't worth the hassle for a few bucks savings.

Worked great in dell latitude 14-5490 installed in the wwan slot, allowing for a second ssd drive.
5" sata drive, there really isn't any performance benefit to them.
The bottleneck creased by the old hdd was unbelievable.

Regardless of the price difference, this drive has performed just as expected.
