I think this drive is better and more sturdy than some others i've had in the past, and the price is good.
Works great for that use and price is right.
Shipping
The first transfer i did seemed to go really fast so i decided to time them.
Packaging/appearance
The transcend website does not state the the 790 has an indicator light.
Packaging came a bit messy/scuffed, but the drive inside was not damaged.
Warranty says 5 years on packaging so i don't know why people are talking about lifetime warranties.
Competitiveness
However, the transfer speed is something of a question given it is a usb3 drive.

Ill be setting up more drives when win 10 build 2004 comes out so ill time the transfers again and see if it differs much
