Had to return the other exclusive to get this one.
The paint is vibrant and crisp, even if it's thin and prone to chipping. Shockwave's forearm blades/vehicle wings are simple but elegant and don't promise to be much more than that.
Articulation is good but not great for a voyager-class. Ratbat inherits scourge's back kibble and hollow thighs, but avoids the wrist tightness issue. Multi-part evoi fusion weapon gimmick works well for once.

This mold was always clunky between design issues and nylon parts not behaving properly, this figure is no different.
Ratbat, however, feels flimsy, had scratches all over his body, and just wasn't fun to transform or pose at all.

Opinions will definitely vary but in mine i certainly cant say ratbat is worth owning

They somehow messed up and reverse the knee assembly on megatron and it makes them super loose

Now if you can take it apart and put them in the right spot i suggest doing that but ive also found that just tightening the screws on the incorrect knees solves the issue fairly well so i suggest trying that

Ive also heard of ratbat having some tabbing issues on the alt mode but i didnt have it so if you run into that problem i suggest looking up solutions to it because i know its out there somewhere
