    I tried twisting by it looks like a screw cap but then it looked like it just pulls off

    Anyhoo after contacting mallome their response was fast and they were nice and they tried to understand what i was talking about but not much help in explaining to me there was no black flap and you simply slide open the compartment on the lid to insert the straw
