Pros

It's adjustable without feeling constrictive. It contours to the shape of my neck and shoulders. It supports the head without pushing the head forward.

The velcro-like connection strips allow for a virtually unlimited custom fitting. The adjustable straps allow me to customize the fit, ensuring that the pillow stays in place. The velcro strap is a bit challenging at first.

This is definitely a comfy travel pillow. The fabric feels smooth and non-obtrusive/not loud when you move your head. It's lightweight and not bulky at all.

The memory foam easily compresses 50% and fits nicely in it's carry bag. It rolls fairly compact and i think i can just hang it off my carryon bag. Comes with a handy storage bag.

This pillow has a slight concave shape that makes it sit comfortably around the back of the neck. The memory foam feels comfortable for my neck, making long flights much more bearable. It allows me to relax and even sleep during long flights.

Cons

The velcro is so cheap and lasts a few hours. After using it on one flight the velcro completely lost grip.
