Just went on a 8 hour flight to germany and this eye mask head support was awesome!
Our family of 3 was headed to japan, 12 hours to osaka and 9 hours back from tokyo.

Comes with a nice travel case that you can easily put into your carryon.

One note i have earbuds that are on the larger side and it was not comfortable to strap the mask on with those in my ears

But that isnt a significant factor because the mask itself did reduce the noise around me
