Pros
It folds relatively flat, is easy to open and close, it is well manufactured with quality materials. It works in-lieu of a $80-$90 version desiged just for that!
It is sturdy & will roll easily over grass and uneaven terrain. Mechanism of the folding wheels works smoothly and securley. Secure, sturdy, and functional.
Cons
The bungee cord has to be hooked on to the bottom surface of the cart to stabilize your load. The wheels are too tall. The bottom platform sits on the floor and they are bending the hooks on my bungie cords when i try to attach them.
Heavy-duty tool with plastic parts on the hinge is dumb. Kept in a closet for 9 months (wouldn't fold flat for the trunk) was not carrying much at all but it's destroyed. This one is called a heavy-duty luggage cart that is rated for 150 lbs.

I have read other reviews on this item and they state that a plastic piece in the wheels broke because of the way the cart unfolds.

This is a great "middle of the road" cart for the price!
Timely shipping and a great price make this a great deal
I didn't want to pay $60 for one that advertises it for car seats so i tried this one.
Love this cart, but if i were to do it again i would porbably spend a little extra money and get the magna cart.
Competitiveness
I couldn't bring myself to spend $70+ on the similar products made specifically for carting around car seats for airline travelling.
We bought this because it is more heavy-duty than most you can buy in the store.
This is a great alternative, it serves the same function.

It would improve the product if it curved away from the load so your hand or hands are not up against the items being hauled
