Handle works well. Handles and zippers move smoothly. My only real gripe is that if you have a bag on top of it when rolling, it's not the easiest to do on four wheels, but it rolls easily on just two.

Traveling is very hard on the luggage so for 5 pc for $116, it's a win. Used this luggage for an international flight/trip amd 2 driving vacations. It fit perfectly in overhead compartments of the plane.

I loved this suitcase so while out of town i ordered another shipped to my sisters to get home.

I needed an emergency suitcase and this arrived the next day before my flight.

I love this carryon for the utility of packing it and the size.
