The build quality is excellent: material, zippers, wheels.
These are not at the quality / durability level of their commercial-grade gear, but carry over as much as they can at this price point.
Packaging/appearance
A little snug in the overhead bins on smaller regional jets and easily fits in the bins on the wide-bodies.

I was specifically looking for a 22-inch bag since i want the most packing room possible on domestic flights.

The detachable suiter also has been a lifesaver for me although it is almost too small for my use im 62 and wear a size 42 blazer

Only improvement would be if the inside pocket on the backside of the open flap had the zippers close at the top not the bottom

If you extend the depth by unzipping the extender then technically you are over the limit for some airlines such as delta

I got this suitcase because after 10 years of the weekly abuse i inflicted on my my other travelpro the zipper needed to be repaired

Had one for 5 years eventually the wheel fell off and i couldn’t find a replacement piece so i just bought a new one

Only difference is that there isnt a passthrough usb cable for a batter pack which is pointless lol

As long as the expandable portion is closed it should fit in the overhead bins though
