Pros
The 360 rotation wheels make maneuvering easy. The larger suitcase fits my items well, yet is still easy to maneuver and is lightweight. The retractable handle works well with no sticking and the wheel glide easily.
It is well made, and seems durable. This new one has some slight changes to it but still mostly the same. It is awesome.
Cons
It says case is 21x 14 x 9 but it is only 21 x 13 x 8. Most airlines allow a maximum of 62 inches total for checked luggage otherwise it is considered 'oversized' and incurs a large fee. The actual dimensions are 23 inches x 13 inches x 9 inches.
Just don't order this. It’s not a advertised. Will not refund money to account used to purchase. I plan to call the company directly and try to satisfy my curiosity about why they are now selling such junk.

Packaging/appearance
I packed perhaps one less sweater, pair of pants and socks, which was about the space compromise for the wheels.
Obviously i can try & repack lighter items into the tote but that's not how i want things packed.
I ordered black, but was sent a grayish green.
It's easy to maneuver, and lifting it fully packed up subway stairs was not beyond my abilities.

Make sure to get the 4 swivel wheels model- there is a similar mode with only 2 spinning wheels.
