Pros

Only concern is that the extendable, adjustable handles used for wheeling the bags seem a little wiggly during extension. No more lugging around a big duffel bag or heavy suitcase. It is lightweight and feels decently built.

It has a very useful exterior pocket. Lots of pockets for little extras. This matches my travelpro roll aboard, which fits perfectly inside for storage.

Luggage is sturdy like the upright travelpro version but doesn't tip over like my uprights have a tendency to do. Easy to maneuver either as a 4 wheel spinner or pulled behind me on two wheels. Wheels run smooth. Zippers open and close smoothly.

Cons

It tapers too, so the depth is only 4 inches at the top. Despite it being called expandable, it only expands on the bottom for maybe an inch. Maybe some of you are willing to take a chance with fudging a few inches here abd there.

We were thrilled with the sale price too.

I recommend shopping for a deal and not paying more than $100.

I don't regret buying it even if it costs a lot.

Shipping

It arrived a day sooner than expected and was in excellent new condition.

So far i love it… just packed for a 10 day trip to aruba with no problems!

One major warning: if you want to return this, you must pay significant shipping fees back to the seller.

This was an outside vendor and both items i ordered arrived together and on time even though one was supposed to arrive 4 days later.

With proper packing, l was able to put 2 weeks of outfits into this easily acceptable carry-on

But, not even 40% packed with my bare essentials for carry-on, and it weighs 6.

Competitiveness

I compared this with a swissgear case of the same size and the quality of the travelpro was far superior.

I really like travelpro and prefer a less common color to find easily in baggage claim.

The other brand was trashed, zipper pull broken, handle broken, wheels no longer rolling.

We have a larger version that we took, along with a different brand suitcase of this size on a recent trip to europe.
