Pros & Cons
Pros
The wheels glide very smoothly and never jam, even when on european cobblestones. The handle has a nice contour and grip for the the hand too. The wheels move smoothly in any direction to glide the suitcase alongside you easily.
Product is well worth the money spent with the manufacturer guarantee product. High marks from several trusted reviewers. The warranty is about as good as gets.
The bag is quite roomy and can pack in a lot, enough for a week long trip. I like the internal straps to help hold clothing in place, and appreciate the small small zippered pockets that allow for access to a few small things right on top. I did put m... Read More
Cons

There are so many more reputable manufacturers out there who have better customer service than this. Their website makes it look like there is a live chat, but i have attempted that too, with no response. Do not pass go, do not submit your claim.

Competitiveness
I like that at the mean time it also looks modest, it is not as flashy as catching anyone's attention like some of the expensiv... Read More
Performed well on a 2-week trip to europe.
I have a smaller travelpro that i also loved but several of the zipper pulls broke off and/or the attachments broke.
I have 4 pieces of travelpro platinum luggage.
