It’s got no shade to it so you don’t want it pointed towards you as such, it’s too bright even on the lower settings.

I was a little worried when i received this since it wasnt branded trayvespace at all but carried generic branding on the box and was clearly made in china

I’ve spent most of the winter deciding which sad light to invest in i was going to invest i one from a higher point but i spent weeks looking through the reviews and agonising over pro con lists
