This vegan cream is meant to be used 2 times a day on your problem areas. But it's also important to be consistent with use and not skip a day. Nightly would recommend this product.

Cons

This product smells really good, but it doesn't work. The worst thing about it is that the scarring from the break outs it caused me left worse scars than the ones i already had. This stuff is a worthless buy.
