It's well made, and i was impressed with the size.
I have very thin incense and they lean pretty hard and some ash ends out on my counter but that's just on the incense and not the product.
Had no problems with the ashes coming out.
Price
Was surprised at the high quality for the reasonable price.
Competitiveness
More attractive compared to traditional incense holders.
I will say the ash can get stuck in the lotus petals while cleaning, but that's nothing a q-tip can't fix.

But when you look it from the side the plate is not in a good round shape

You can tell the edge has up and down curve

My only issue was that the hole that holds the incents were too wide for most of the ones i burn causing them to lean as they burn

Obviously it doesnt burn up because the stick has burned out almost
