Pros

The backup switch easily adapted to the network without any reconfiguration. Running a net at home with handful of vlans and lacp trunk links, this switch does it all. Easy to setup and looks pretty sitting on your shelf.

Cons

The web admin interface occasionally bugs out and doesn't load the proper css. The only solution is to close the browser and reload the admin interface. If you disable jumbo frames to enable qos, all of that gets factory reset on a reboot.
