Pros
Port gigabit switch fits perfecting in my onq networking closet. Front light panel is convenient because i no longer have to run around the house to inspect several switches for potential problems.
Trendnet makes great affordable mid-level business products. They are very economical, and trouble free. Another reasonably priced and reliable product as usual.
Trendnet never seems to disappoint. The only time it has ever not had power to it is during a power outage. Have not had any problems with data throughput.
Works as advertised, and seems to be plenty fast. Holds rj-45 connectors securely, does not get hot or make noise. The speeds are as advertised.
Set up was less than 60 seconds from opening the shrink wrap and plugging everything in. Network cables don't get stuck or anything when swapping them out.

I waited a few months after buying to post this, but like every other piece of trendnet networking i have, this has been rock solid.
I've used trendnet switches with my clients for years now.
Cons: it would be nice if i could have gotten a 48-port switch for the same price i paid for this 24-port unit.
Metal enclosure that looks better than other white model imho.

Failed purchased 06272018 ra on 01072019 treddnet web site indicated this model only has 3 year warranty

This unit dropped all network lan and wan traffic withing two minutes after a power reboot
