Pros & Cons
Pros
The web interface is kind of cumbersome, but it's not so bad once you have it all setup. Switch sets up easily works well, provides a well thought out web interface.
This router is extremely well made and functions flawlessly. It has worked with every fiber transceiver i've tested, include brocade, cisco, and ubiquity. The 10gb ports and vlan support are perfect.
Cons
It works but i found issues with vlans and trunk configurations. Vlans works, but trunk configuration is not working.
Highlights
Quality
The switch is a little finiky and will occasionally reset back to factory defaults if you mess with the config too much so make backups.
Price
And for the price you can't beat it.
Competitiveness
It also about half (or more) less in price than other similar switches on the market.

This is a good switch but unless you’re a network admin you’re going to spend a good deal of time web searching to figure out how to set it up

The instructions are ok for most basic tasks but they don’t explain many of the networking concepts and initialisms that you’ll need to understand to get how to configure it

My main issue with it is the terrible web configuration interface and the occasional difficulty in getting settings to stick

What i mean by this is that sometimes settings will revert after a reboot right after they are set which is annoying
