Pros & Cons
Pros
The moca adapter provides relatively seamless bridging between rj-45 ethernet and coaxial networks. Works fine on * cable. I have the main adapter patched to the router and the coax patch on a second wall jack that goes straight to the hub.
This past year working from home during a pandemic put a strain on our wireless bandwidth. This is great because it reduces the latency and there are less interference from neighbors wifi. Easily getting 200-300 mbps on wifi throughout the house.
The trendnet adapter works perfectly and connection is very fast. Speed is same as the cable modem. At&t ont is downstairs and i am able to essentially get the same speed upstairs.
Great purchase, great equipment. Worth the money. It's still day one, so i'm hoping these units are as good on day 100 or 1,000.
This product is impressive. Love this product. Works perfect. Would recommend.
Cons
Support and/or troubleshooting on trendnet's site is non-existent. Using a cable splitter does not work. Sometimes we need to video call at the same time and the latency is very poor.

Wifi just wasn’t cutting it even using mesh, and powerline didn’t come close to what i wanted.
This bridged that gap and now all 5 of my mesh nodes have gigabit back to the primary node.
Price
Great value with the only downside being a little extra equipment at the wall.
Wish they were a little bit cheaper, but the price isn't prohibitive, and they work very well, so definitely worth it.
Competitiveness
This is great because it reduces the latency and there are less interference from neighbors wifi.
Previous review: i used an 8 way splitter, replacing the old one that only worked up to 900mhz with one designed to work with moca.
These adapters are no frills, but they're a competitive price with powerline ethernet adapters and deliver way better performance.
