A bit high can't say about quality to me if they last for at least one year.
They are super comfy and soft but they look so nice the material lays really nicely and looks so nice on.
Price
They fit great and look wonderful for the price!
If they were a little less spendy ($30 at time of ordering) and a tiny bit longer, i would have definitely given them five stars.

For reference, in this photo i am 5'5ish, 165ish with a 29" waist.
