They stay in place in the shoe when walking but often i have to scoot them closer to the heel a halfinch or so after having taken them off

These are supposed to be 34 length as the description says so they dont crowd your toes

Also these are not meant for full foot insole coverage they are only 34 and its because so you can have room on your toes
