The company cycle force group is the best. They make you feel very comfortable asking questions. Definitely recommend. Youtube is your best friend when dealing with these issues.

Love this tricycle. It fits my coworker who is 5'4 with short legs. Great for my mother-in-law who is 6'2.

The tires keep popping off the rims. It's not easy to push because the back wheel kept hitting my leg. The sprockets are not aligned. The right nut won't stay tight. I need a new rim.

But the fender was broke durning shipping i called customer service talked to some great people they had me a new fender in 2 days.
