All i know of the series is from pop culture osmosis. I am a big fan of rick riordan and have been since the books first came out. Totally adore meg and her little peach.
Cons
The author pushes an agenda that is inappropriate for a children's book. It is petty and it is as much vanity as you can fit in a book.

The overt * innuendo becomes a problem for the story itself. It adds nothing to the story and is obviously an effort to push a political agenda. We are sadly done with his writing because of his inability to separate politics from enjoyable fiction.

At least in this one we don’t have to deal with the characters we all disliked in the heroes of olympus series.
